The Lounge and Reception area features an island fireplace, food and drink display areas and can accommodate up to hundred guests while delivering a great Mt. Evans view to the West through floor-to-ceiling windows. 

Rent separately or pair your reservation with the adjacent Board Room comfortably accommodates 12 at it's large elliptical table. Features include power drop-down presentation screen, wired/wireless Internet, teleconferencing, one-touch lighting and power center for laptops or a projector.

A shared kitchenette adjacent to the board room and the lounge makes this space great for any private meeting and is a well-used resource at the Foundation.

The Lounge is $40/hour. Reserve Board Room separately for an additional $40 and host an event in a 2952 sqft (39’x 76’) space. Reserve early; some timeslots are booked months in advance.
