Rep.Joe Rice has served three combat tours in Iraq, served two tours as mayor of Glendale, and is running for re-election to the Colorado State House. He also serves on the board of the Brain Injury Association of Colorado and presents his concern about veterans coming home from wars with brain injuries, and the hospital that the Veterans Administration needs to build.
