“If you need a safe space, if you need some healing, if there are things you want to talk about that you are afraid to talk about with other people and you have an opportunity to do something like this, to be loved, to be recognized, to be honored, then jump in. Don’t listen to the little voice that tells you all the lies that you should not believe, just jump in. We’re here, we’re waiting for you.” – Brenda Aviles
Brenda Aviles, has been guiding, empowering, and transforming the lives of others long before she discovered the art of coaching. She is a certified professional life coach, who brings with her over a decade of experience as a NYC school teacher and teacher trainer. Her experience as a teacher and teacher trainer is significant as it has shaped her ability to listen, assess, and then hand over the power of discovery and self exploration as she aides others in tapping into the power to transform which they already possess. She recently started a social media hashtag #coachingmatters in which her followers reflect on daily questions that require them to be honest to themselves about possible blockages and celebrations as they work towards alignment.
