The Open Media Foundation’s mission is to put the power of the media and technology in the hands of the people, and the Open Media Foundation recognizes that we must strive to be an intentionally diverse organization that provides ALL persons in our community with opportunities to contribute to the media conversation and offer their unique perspectives. We feel that pursuing an inclusive environment for our organization requires actively working to promote policies and hiring practices in which people of all backgrounds and cultures feel included, welcomed and valued, and that individual differences are respected and captured for the advantages that they provide.
