Judge Michael Harr had a conflict of interest, a prejudice and an abuse of discretion when he heard Paula Rhoads' worker's comp case because his brother, Jim Harr, had employed Paula Rhoads after her traumatic brain injury and disability but before the hearings.
This should be enough to grant a full review of all evidence, including the stuff fraudulently concealed by her employer, U.S. Home Corporation/Lennar Corporation, and excluded by Judge Harr. Her employers concealed her personnel file despite a judge's order, because it demonstrates the PROXIMATE CAUSE of C.R.S. 8-41-301(1)(c ) which she needed to prove to get her benefits.
But the struggle continues as Paula learns Jim Harr was insured by Pinnacol Assurance, which has a contract with the attorney general to betray her.
Also, Paula presents a bit of tape of Dr. James Chu speaking at a conference of Blue Sky Bridge in 2002 or 2001 when the Boston priest sex abuse scandal had just broken. Our perceptions have changed since then, over the years, but Paula applies this to the Penn State news as people blame the messenger Mr. McCleary, which is misdirected, she thinks.
