Payment Plans for Members
Organizational Memberships
The annual fee of $1,000 may be split into two equal payments, plus a $20 administrative fee.
- $520 ($500, plus $20 administrative fee) is due upon membership activation
- The final $500 payment is due within 120 days.
Equipment Access Memberships
The initial fee of $500 for new members, and $250 for renewing members, may be split into two equal payments, plus $10 administrative fee.
For new Equipment Access Members:
- $260 ($250, plus a $10 administrative fee) is due upon membership activation
- The final payment of $250 is due within 30 days.
For renewing Equipment Access Members:
- $135 ($125, plus $10 administrative fee) is due upon membership activation,
- The final payment of $125 is due within 30 days.
This plan requires payment by credit/debit card, with the understanding and agreement that the second payment of $125 will be set up to automatically charge/bill your credit/debit card.
If you fail to make the second (final) payment, a 30 day grace period will be allotted to each person or organization utilizing the payment plan. After the 30 day grace period the membership will be considered expired and a new membership will have to be purchased in order to continue use of DOM member equipment and services.

EQUIPMENT ACCESS MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT
Open Media Foundation also offers a discounted membership for individuals who demonstrate financial need. To qualify, you'll need to submit proof of need –– documentation from another agency (we've provided a list below) –– or you'll need to schedule a meeting with Denver Open Media staff (send an email to membership@openmediafoundation.org) and provide proof of need, as well as have an ID that matches the documentation you submit. If you qualify for the discount, you'll get an Equipment Access Membership for $125, or 75% off!
