The 3rd Annual Festival 38 is scheduled for SATURDAY, AUGUST 3, 2013,  from 12pm - 10pm at 1830 W. 38th Ave., corner of 38th Ave. and Quivas Streets (the Leprino Foods parking lot).  Make plans now to join us and celebrate culture, community, food, fun, and music!

Festival 38 is an event intended to celebrate the growth and development of the W. 38th Ave business corridor and its adjoining neighborhoods.
