Dr. James Kelly describes the new acute care facility for vets with TBI

<p>Dr. James Kelly, CU prof of neurosurgery, describes his new position as director of an acute care facility for veterans with traumatic brain injury, being built adjacent to the Walter Reed Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Kelly previously introduced screening devices to tell athletes, soldiers and others suffering brain injuries when they are experiencing the mental dullness or other symptoms indicating damage. His full keynote speech, provided in this hour, was presented in October of 2009, at the 27th Annual Conference of the Brain Injury Association of Colorado.</p>
