On August 1st, 2017 the Open Media Foundation hosted a screening of the latest in the America Divided series, America Divided: The Class Divide. Hosted by actor Jesse Williams, America Divided: The Class Divide examines how resegregation has led to massive educational and criminal justice divide for students afflicted by the school-to-prison pipeline.

After the screening, Maria Fabula, Chief Executive Officer of Community Resource Center hosted a live panel discussion with Angele Davenport and Anne Cherniss from RISE Colorado to explore local implications and opportunities to get involved.
