Producer Paula Rhoads presents a bit of Christmas video, a soloist and chorus from the Bethany Lutheran Church dress rehearsel for Handel's Messiah. After a few gingerbread men, she launches into boring video of the RECEIPTS PROVING TIME LOST in her worker's compensation hearing, then follows transcripts to show that Judge Michael Harr refused to allow these undisputed facts into the record, then allowed witnesses to lie on the stand. When Paula attempted to cross examine these lying witnesses, as was her right, Judge Harr stopped her.
Statutory reasons for reopening a claim include: (1) fraud, (2) abuse of discretion, (3) the award was not in "conformity with the law" and (4) not based on "competent evidence."
By showing you, the general public, how an administrative law judge wrongfully cheated her in violation of federally protected U.S. Constitutional rights to due process, Paula hopes to convince you the Colorado Worker's Compensation system needs a complete overhaul. And a few judges need to be investigated and prosecuted.
