It's often said that a district attorney has more direct power over people's lives than a mayor. If that's so, Denver voters need to know who's running and how he or she differs from outgoing Denver DA Mitch Morrissey.

The Colorado Independent hosted this event on Wednesday, Sept. 14th for the first public forum in the general election race for Denver DA. Democrat Beth McCann and independent candidate Helen Morgan debate questions posed by Indy editor Susan Greene.
