This is the first in a three-part series on ABUSE OF DISCRETION. Unfortunately, it was lost for awhile, while I ingested part 2 and 3, so they are out of order, but still full of a lot of caselaw and examples of ABUSE OF DISCRETION.

Paula Rhoads is working to reopen her worker's comp case, which is actually full of ABUSE OF DISCRETION by several administrative law judges in Colorado's breathtakingly corrupt worker's comp system. Also, the defense of Lennar Corporation by Old Republic Insurance Company included a number of lies that Paula is otherwise posting in Brainiacs from time to time.
