<p>The long waiting lists for Developmentally Disabled people who qualify for services but remain standing in the rain (or snow) gets a brief report before the Joint meeting of the House and Senate Health and Human Services Committees on 1/21/2010. It's worse than last year and there is no more money. Except, Paula Rhoads testified: medical marijuana revenues could logically be restricted in statute for the DD because the smokers of medical marijuana are largely disabled people.
