<p>War, energy and health care are key topics in the second part of Aaron Harber's conversation with United States Senator Ken Salazar. He talks about energy policy and the role US technology and ingenuity can play in addressing American energy needs, particularly in relation to renewable and alternative energies.

Participants discuss whether and what the American people can be asked to sacrifice in order to improve the services and infrastructure provided and maintained by governments. Climate change and energy policy are also discussed. Participants present their views on the underlying reasons for high energy prices, suggesting government policy has had a large part to play, and propose strategies for moving forward.</p>
