Then Senator John Morse, who will be Senate Majority Leader soon, speaks at a protest Tuesday, April 20 on the cuts to Medicaid and Medicare that the business community demands. Colorado Cross Disability Coalition Executive Director Julie Rieskin also speaks at the rally, as well as Sheila Hicks, CCDC lobbyist, and others.
