Host Paula Rhoads runs through a bunch of bills now in the Legislature to prep folks in advance of the Brain Injury Association of Colorado event March 9 from 8 to 11 a.m. in the Old Supreme Court Chambers on the second floor of the State Capitol.
Paula also shows how to locate the bill folders on the Internet under colorado.gov, and how to look up a bill to read its contents.

Dr. Gale Whiteneck, researcher at Craig Hospital, discusses his initial findings from a telephone survey of the general population seeking to find the prevalence of undiagnosed brain injuries.
That would be people who had a brain injury but never went to the hospital or doctor and might not exactly understand that they had a brain injury.
Dr. Whiteneck reviews the types of questions and procedures to comply with scientific expectations and validity.
