Evaluation

The Volunteer Program and the Volunteer Procedures Manual will be constantly reviewed and updated as required. This document lives on the website and is editable by all members and volunteers. We welcome any feedback and suggestions to this guide and all other policies Denver Open Media has.

All volunteers will go through an evaluation & exit interview upon completion of their work with Denver Open Media, both with their direct supervisor as well as with the director of operations. The volunteer has an opportunity to verbally evaluate the staff and programs, as well as a chance to turn in a written anonymous evaluation. The Denver Open Media will also take this opportunity to give constructive feedback to the volunteer about their performance with Denver Open Media.
