Series Programming Policy
Members who are at least programming level members and are willing to commit to submitting new content on a regular basis can request one series timeslot of either a half hour or hour.*
The timeslot must be chosen from within the primary theme block set for the program. The timeslot will remain consistent until either June 1st or December 1st, at the time of the bi-annual "Mix-Up" in which theme blocks are moved around and producers can request timeslot changes. Producers must have at least 2 shows ingested, DOMinized and available to schedule in PSG to request a series timeslot.
*All new episodes submitted for a series timeslot must be ingested and scheduled AT LEAST ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE OF THE AIR DATE. Automated program scheduling occurs on a daily basis.
1. Review available blocks for program's theme block.
2. Make sure no other producer already has requested slot and make sure producer does not already have another series.
3. Producer has at least two new programs to schedule (they should be ingested, DOMinized and available to schedule in PSG).
4. Schedule the program in the appropriate timeslot based on chosen theme block for channel 56.
5. The last program available to schedule should be set to recur for the same day of the week and time until the either June 1st or December 1st. This means that over the course of the season members must continually ingest and DOMinize new programs so they can be manually set to air in the requested series timeslot.
6. As the new programs come in, slot that may have been reserved with an older program will have to be deleted and re-scheduled with the new program.

We hear you David, and please keep posting your comments here, as its the best place for everyone to see them. We're switching over to new broadcast servers this week, moving to a new ISP, and trying to finalize our contract wtih the developers who have been doing a lot of this work. That should mean some progress this week.
This is part of the reason for delay. The other might have something to do with the fact that the faith-based block is a little over-loaded, with more content than most of the other categories combined.
So, based on the content submitted so far, we're switching up some of hte categories, adding one called "life-style & Well-Being", which is a better match for much of the content previously submitted to faith-based.
If your shows were ingested and dominized successfully, they'll get on. We are at a unique point right now, trying to get an automated scheduling system that has never been attempted before off the ground, while moving all the content over to a new server... We are several months behind schedule, which I know is frustrating for you all, but its not for lack of trying. OUr developers over-promised and under-delivered, and as a result, so did I.
We're learning from those mistakes and working hard to ensure we don't repeat them.
Kazu,
In the list of your content items, if you click on the title of your show it will pull up a screen where you can view and edit metadata about the item. It will show you the information that ffmpeg read about your show.
I took a look at the new one and it says a duration of 00:29:32.4
