General Rental Info:

Payments and deposits are due upfront. A staff member will follow up with the deposit amount ASAP if you make an online reservation.
Renters are expected to thoroughly test and inspect all gear to ensure that is it in proper working order. Any malfunction or damage should be reported to staff before check out. Please allow for 10-40 minutes for check-out depending on the amount and type of gear you are renting.
Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was rented. Items returned scratched, dented, or dirty are subject to repair or cleaning charges regardless of working condition. Please allow for 10-40 minutes for check-in depending on the amount and type of gear you are renting.
Failure of equipment to perform due to adverse conditions, improper set-up or improper usage does not release the customer from rental charges.
Equipment returned in an extremely cold or extremey hot state may be subject to additional charges.

Rental periods:

Commercial Equipment Rental Hours are Tuesday - Friday, 9 am - 7 pm and Mondays + Saturdays, 11 am - 7 pm.

Fees are based on a 24-hour day, Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays, so renting on Saturday and returning on Monday is considered a single day. For example, pick up on Friday and returning on Saturday would result in a fee for one day; renting on Saturday and returning on Monday would also result in a fee for one day. If items are needed for longer than exactly 24 hours, each extra hour on the day of return (in addition to that day's daily rate) will be prorated at 1/8th the daily rate.

Multiple day rental discount: If you rent for 4 days or more, you receive at 25% off total.
If you are a registered 501(c)(3), ask about how you can get a 50% discount on Commercial Rental Rates.

Deposits:

Renters are required to leave 50% of the total value of the equipment rented.
Commerical Equipment Rental Hours are Tuesday - Friday, 9am-7pm, and Mondays and Saturdays, 11am-7pm.

The deposit can be left in one of two ways:

1) Place payment on credit card. Refund will be granted on the day of return providing that all equipment is returned in the condition it was given. It can take 3-5 business days for the money to be credited back to your account.

2) Leave a check along with a photocopy of a driver's license and credit card.

Late Fees:

Late fee charges are incurred starting after the first hour after the return time. Each hour fee is 10% of the total rental amount per hour.

Maximum charge per day is the daily rental rate for all equipment. Additional rentals will not be allowed for renters with any outstanding balance. Fees will be taken out of the deposit.
